When they begin crawling, they want to see them running around the house. This is the reason why parents are so curious about when they might start a solid diet for their infant.

Although, your baby has developed the habit of putting all the things in their mouth, new food may be something that they will get used to very easily. Keep trying again and again, and prepare yourself for all the mess on the child’s chin, clothes and chair. Normally, a physician won’t advise you to mix cereals in milk while feeding the child through a bottle which This way they will not learn to to eat solids. Also, it can make the baby overweight. Although there are many healthy foods you would want to feed your baby, many can cause allergies and other issues.
Eggs and seafood must be given carefully as they can give your baby some sort of allergic reaction. Citrus fruit and juices have greater acidic levels which can be more than what your baby can endure, so keep away from them as well. Other foods to keep away from includes honey and nuts, especially peanuts. These allergic reactions can be diarrhea, rashes and fussiness.
